| Yes, but we strongly recommend that prior to deactivating an FRN, you check the ULS licensing database to make sure no active call signs are associated with the FRN you plan to deactivate. You will not be able to file license applications, including Renewals and Modifications, for a call sign if the FRN associated with it has been deactivated.
