VE Manual : Volunteer Examiners Certification
| The FCC removed Section 97.527 (c), (d), (e) and (f) from the Part 97 Rules in February 1996. This rule previously required VEs and VECs to keep out-of-pocket expense records for a period of 3 years and to file a written certification annually. There is no longer any requirement that VEs or VECs complete expense certifications or to keep records of how they disbursed their share of the examination fees. |
