VE Manual : Mail via First Class
All the forms and documents comprising the test session package should be mailed First Class (not Certified, Registered or Special Delivery) to the W5YI-VEC Office, P.O. Box 200065, Arlington, TX 76006 or to W5YI-VEC, 2000 E Randol Mill Rd 608A, Arlington, TX 76011, as soon as possible after the examination session. The FCC Rules (Section 97.509(m) effective 12/15/2006 no longer require that test session paperwork be forwarded to the coordinating VEC within 10 days of administering the examinations. However, to foster prompt service to the applicants, it is still our VEC policy that session results and documents be forwarded to our office within 10 days of the session date. If for some reason there is a delay in the mailing of session results the CVE should contact our office and advise us of the delay. This rule applies even if the data is electronically transmitted to the VEC Office.
